Tuesday, July 30th | 6:30 PM

Join clinical psychologist, Dr. Mary Jayne Sims, in a workshop for black women in entertainment that explores the impact of race-based traumatic stress. During this time, with a lot of visibility around violence against Black individuals and communities, many of us feel anxious, exhausted, sad, and angry. This can have severe impacts on our bodies, our mental health, our relationships, and our work. This workshop will provide culturally relevant strategies and resources to help black members heal in community with each other. Please note that this gathering is specifically for Black members.
